Comedian Per Andersson responds to enormous public demand and releases new performances of his acclaimed hit Kardborreshowen – a classic kamikaze rock 'n' roll revue. There will be nine new opportunities to experience this unique interactive comedy show at Rival in Stockholm in spring 2026.
When Per Andersson forced himself out onto the slackest wire imaginable last fall with the premiere of Kardborreshowen at Draken Live in Gothenburg, it was an instant success. Demand for tickets has been enormous, both during the fall season and ahead of the upcoming Sweden tour in spring 2026. Tickets here.
Now, one of Sweden's most beloved comedians is responding to the huge demand and releasing additional performances. This includes nine new performances, including three matinees, at Rival in Stockholm in March and April 2026.
"The audience is crazy! I'm crazy! Everything is crazy! Now we're going to eat Rival once and for all! It's so much fun with extra performances! We've calculated that there are 183 million seven hundred and seventy-three possible variations of the show with all the boxes, and our dream is to play at least half of them!" says Per Andersson.
The Kardborre Show is exactly what the name promises: lots of show, lots of Per Andersson, and lots of Velcro. The set design consists of a large Velcro wall with the titles of twenty-six newly written sketches and songs written on it. The audience throws Velcro balls at the number they want to see, making each evening a unique, totally unpredictable experience.
"In the show, the power lies in the hands of the audience; they decide, and I follow. Breaking the order in this way is like throwing yourself out on the slackest of ropes. May the audience and I land on our feet!" says Per.
Edward af Sillén is directing, and the script was written by Per Andersson and Håkan Johnsson.
