Hotel rooms
The Rival has a number of hotel rooms adapted for guests with disabilities. The rooms are generously sized with large bathrooms that meet the standard requirements. Telephone by the bed and in the bathroom, USB a and USB c ports and power sockets on either side of the headboard.
Bathroom
The design is particularly meticulous with an elegant silver mosaic background wall and specially designed Corian sink. Low and wide sink with large relief area, customized toilet seat with armrest, light switches at customized level. Two alarm buttons in each bathroom. Bathroom door width 90 cm.
Movable shower wall, shower stool, towel rack at an accessible level.
Breakfast and dinner
You can reach the breakfast room via the elevator on your floor. Watson's Bar is located on the ground floor. the Tavern is also accessible from the ground floor. After visiting the bar the Tavern, hotel guests have direct access to the hotel elevator to the upper floors.

Accessibility at performances in the theatre
Entrance via Hotel the Rival's main entrance. Automatic doors.
Directly to the left of the entrance (Watson's Bar) is a wheelchair-accessible restroom and an elevator for guests with disabilities.
This elevator goes to: the coat check, the lower lobby (i.e., the stalls), the upper lobby (i.e., the cocktail bar and theatre ), and the bar on the first floor.
The elevator (the door on the left in the picture above) goes down to the Rival's newly built cloakroom, which is open every evening when there are events at the theatre. Payment by card or swish.
The elevator descends to the lower foyer, where there is an entrance to the theatre parquet floor. The width of the door is 122 cm.
At the back of the auditorium there are seats adapted for guests with disabilities (there are no such seats on the balcony). When purchasing tickets for performances and concerts, you are responsible for contacting the point of purchase to obtain such a seat for you and a companion. See the seating plan here. Advance booking is always required for these seats. There are no stairs in the stalls, only a slight incline.

The elevator is on the ground floor. Dimensions: length 1.40 and width 85 cm. Maximum weight 400 kg. The elevator goes to the coat check, the dance floor, the balcony, and bar. Please call us in advance if you have a mobility scooter so we can make sure the elevator is large enough.
