On September 29, the restrictions will be released, which means that the number of participants at shows, theatres and performances is no longer limited. In addition, restaurant and bar operations will operate perfectly normally without restrictions.
The theatre at the Rival Hotel is rented out according to the leasing principle, i.e., we act as landlord of the venue and onsite technology. The theatre rental includes two newly renovated dressing rooms.
We make sure that everything is there for you as a customer, unloading and loading access, dressing rooms, backstage and crew food, access to centrally placed ticket desk on the day of the show. Between seasons, we continuously carry out maintenance work, renovations and development of the theatre to always offer the best venue for our customers.
At very favourable prices, organizers can rent a state-of-the-art PA (including 37 acoustic S-wings) as well as technical staff. The Rival Hotel often has long seasonal productions during which basically all the stage light trusses are occupied. It is possible to rent the current lighting and lighting technicians, also at affordable prices.
The organizer itself puts tickets up for sale, for example via Ticketmaster, Tickster, or Eventim. The organizer has access to a sales desk in at the Rival Hotel entrance 1.5 hours before each performance. The organizer is also responsible for providing ticket takers, program vendors, technicians and stage masters.
