John Lundvik with Mats Björke's Caravan – Christmas Tour 2026
This November, John Lundvik is heading out on a Christmas tour with Mats Björke’s band Caravan—a tour filled with warmth and festive spirit. Together, they’ll perform classic and new Christmas songs, as well as a variety of interpretations and fresh arrangements. The audience is taken on a musical journey that shifts between the cozy and the grand, creating a concert experience where the joy of Christmas takes center stage.
The tour is not only a tribute to Christmas music, but also a living testament to what can emerge when two strong musical personalities come together and evolve as a duo. Mats Björke, a former member of Mando Diao and an established producer and composer, brings an organic and delicate sound that, combined with John Lundvik’s powerful voice, creates a unique musical landscape.
The collaboration between Lundvik and Björke began in the fall of 2025 with the album*PSALM.*, on which Lundvik performed some of our most beloved hymns. With renditions of classics such as “Prepare the Way for the Lord,” “Shine Over Lake and Shore,” and “Silent Night,” the foundation was laid for their ongoing collaboration.
