Watson’s Bar opens as early as 11:00 a.m. on New Year’s Eve and stays open until 2:00 a.m.
Our DJs will provide the music and keep the energy high all evening long.

We’ll reveal the full menu soon—but for now, here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store:

Four dishes that put New Year's classics in the spotlight, featuring ingredients and flavors that are perfect for the last night of the year.

We’ll start with oysters from the sea—fresh, salty, and the obvious choice when there’s something to celebrate.
Next up is löjrom, elegant and classic, with just the right touch of New Year’s luxury.

For the main course, we’re serving up a real favorite: pepper-crusted beef tenderloin with a rich, intense pepper sauce—tender, flavorful, and generous, with that deep heat and creaminess that make a truly great pepper-crusted roast a classic.

And of course, the year should end with chocolate. Smooth, rich, and just as decadent as a New Year's dessert should be.

For dinner, we offer an exclusive beverage package featuring carefully selected wines that pair with each course—695 SEK per person.

Starting at 2,495 SEK per person per night in a shared double room. Prices are subject to supply and demand and are therefore subject to change.
This package is valid only on December 31, 2026, and is available for a limited number of rooms.
