On Tuesday, May 26, we invite you to the Wine Dinner Rosé Edition at the Rival's , featuring a five-course dinner paired with six select rosé wines.
The evening’s host is beverage expert Mats Claësson.

The history of rosé wine stretches back thousands of years, all the way to ancient Greece and the Roman Empire, where wines were historically light in color and resembled today’s rosé. It is believed to have originated in the Mediterranean region, particularly Provence, where Greek merchants introduced viticulture in 600 B.C. Today, rosé has evolved into one of the wine world’s most dynamic categories, where everything from elegant, mineral-driven wines from Provence to fruitier and more structured expressions from around the world share the table.
