Welcome to a culinary journey from the rolling hills of Collio in Friuli to Montalcino in Tuscany
Date and time: Tuesday, October 20, 6:00 p.m.
Location: the Rival's cafeteria, Mariatorget 3, Stockholm
Throughout the evening, we’ll be serving six courses paired with six carefully selected wines from Marco Felluga, Russiz Superiore, and Casisano. Starting with fresh, mineral-driven white wines from Friuli, we’ll work our way step by step toward Sangiovese from Montalcino—culminating in Brunello and Colombaiolo Brunello di Montalcino Riserva to round out the evening.
Tonight’s hosts are Ilaria Felluga, a sixth-generation member of the Felluga family who today carries on the family’s winemaking tradition at Marco Felluga & Russiz Superiore, along with Giorgio Scarsella from Tommasi Family Estates.
Together, they guide us through the wines, the vineyards, and the people behind them—and tell us about two very different Italian wine regions and the philosophy behind the wines in our glasses.
