Social media campaigns and invitations for SoMe collaborations with The Rival.
Invitation to collaborate:
The organizer commits to include in SoMe (social media) campaigns for events taking place in the theatre at The Rival an invitation to our Instagram account @rivalsthlm and our Facebook account RivalSthlm to:
Co-organize relevant social media campaigns and Facebook events
Invite The Rival as a partner in relevant Reels and Stories
Participate in posts that clearly communicate that the show/performance/concert/event takes place at *TheThe Rival in Stockholm.
(*This should be clearly stated even if the show is on tour.)
Sharing rights
The Rival reserves the right to decide, at its own discretion, if and when content is shared on Hotel the Rival's channels.
The decision is based on relevance, timing and/or content design (image/text).
Quality requirements
For content to be considered for sharing, it should
Be of good quality in terms of image, text, sound
Reflect Hotel the Rival's brand values and guidelines
Contain clear and accurate information about the event and its connection to The Rival
Contact and approval
The Organizer undertakes to contact The Rival at least seven (7) days before the planned publication to ensure coordination and quality assurance of the content.
