Scenography for the Teathre
Theatre producers and concert organizers alike know it - the shape of the stage is a big and important part of the way the audience experiences the performance. An event, a debate or a seminar is also a performance where the setting is all too often forgotten.
The Rival Hotel has made a note of this and is launching eight different scenography packages that customers can rent. The customer makes a choice and adjusts the setting to their own corporate style with the choice of furniture, light and sound. The most advanced scenography solutions have been produced by interior design bureau Inne.
"Mini"
Two armchairs, black or red, patterned carpet, table and two floor lamps. Price for scenography SEK 4 000 for day 1. SEK 2 000 per following day. Lighting is additional.
Facts
- In the rate for the lounge a white, dimmable light is always included.
- The big screen of 4x3 metres is included and can be used for image projection according to suggestions below (for instance, an image of a picture or a symbol).
- Lighting that colours the stage and beams of light on a backdrop and screen is charged at SEK 4 800 per day. Fee for a light technician doing the settings is charged for a minimum of three hours. For moving light, a technician is required during the whole event.
- Light from the theatre into the stage (fixed) is charged at SEK 1 000 per day.
- Technician SEK 570-765 per hour
All rates exclusive VAT, will be added with 25%.
"At home with" is based on emotions
A large desk with a chair on one side of the stage where the speaker can sit with a laptop, for example. On the other side, there is a grouping of sofas conveying a feeling of a sitting room, inviting a relaxed dialogue and/or discussion. Price for the scenography is SEK 22 500 for day 1, SEK 6 000 per additional day. Lighting is additional.
"TV studio" with a podium
Price for scenography SEK 21 500 for day 1.
SEK 6 000 per following day.

"Panel Forum"
Price for scenography SEK 17 000 for day 1.
SEK 4 000 per following day.
Lighting is additional.
"Soft panel forum"
A softer variation where a sofa is used for a more relaxed panel discussion, the moderator is seated to the left in a comfortable armchair. Price for scenography SEK 18 500 for day 1. SEK 4 500 per following day. Ligthing is additional.
"Armchair discussion"
A simpler variation for discussion on-stage. A seating area with armchairs is placed on the stage along with a carpet and a table. Price for scenography SEK 12 200 for day 1. SEK 3 000 per following day. Lighting is additional.
"Red and black"
4 black and 2 red leather armchairs.
Side table, patterned carpet and floor lamps.
Price scenography SEK 7 500 for day 1.

"Let's Talk"
8 green velvet armchairs, 2 floor lamps, 2 side tables and a patterned carpet.
Price for scenography SEK 8 500 for day 1.

To order:
- "At home with", "TV studio", "Panel forum", "Soft panel forum" and "Armchair discussion" should be ordered 1-2 weeks in advance.
- "Let's Talk" and "Red and black" can be ordered up to 2 days before the actual date.
- "Mini" can be booked up to 1.5 hours before the start of the event.
- All scenography is booked through The Rival Hotel. If you have specific requirements apart from the scenography solutions presented above, we will act as intermediary. The Rival Hotel cooperates with interior design bureau Inne.
